“Elderflower and honey-suckle on the palette, with grapefruit and orange peel; hints of apricot and slightly under-ripe melon.”
Winemaking in Tikveš (or ‘Тиквеш’ in Macedonian), a plain in central Macedonia, stretches back over 125 years. After the merger of several agricultural cooperatives in the seventies, Tikveš became the largest winery in Southeast Europe. Today, Tikveš produces a broad portfolio of wines – including its Limited Edition, Terroir Wines and Special Selection ranges.
