Josić Terra Pannonium Graševina 2012 – “Honeysuckle, intense peach nose; youthful and expressive; Slightly sour green apple notes, with hints of fennel.”

In the Baranja region of north-east Croatia, between the Danube and Drava rivers, vines have been harvested along its ‘Banova kosa’ – a hill will extends towards the west along east Baranja – for hundreds of centuries. Indeed, the Romans dubbed it the ‘Golden Hill’ due to the colour of the resulting wines. In 1999, the Josić family purchased the vineyard, which originally dates back to 1935, and set about restoring its neglected vines, focusing in particular on authentic Baranja grape varieties.
